Plastic granules tailored to your product

We can supply ready-made end products or a supply of parts, even meeting the strict safety regulations for medical applications or the food sector. Whatever your injection moulding company makes, Q Plastics has the appropriate granulates.

1st choice of granulates

Virgin material, produced directly from oil, or off-spec materials not previously used by a consumer. Granules of 1st choice means you are using new raw materials for your production.

Prime granules in any colour, brand new, and with all the possibilities for injection moulding. These granules are specially made for injection moulding and therefore stand out because of their pure character and high degree of personalisation. Top quality that you pay for.

Off-spec granules are the rejects from a prime batch, often because of a deviation in colour or size. Nevertheless, these granules are still perfectly suitable for injection moulding. What’s more: after thorough sorting and processing (if required), they are essentially prime granules in all but name. They are hardly distinguishable from prime, but they are a lot cheaper.

Empty drinks bins, PMD bags and much more plastic waste products are fed into in large mills and ground up into small pieces. These can then be used in injection moulding production. They are particularly suitable for dark colour applications. They do not require any additional chemical products or special post-processing.

Regranulates are extrusion plastics. This mill material is mixed with additives and fused into new granules. All colours are possible, as with prime grains. For example, regranulates can be used for almost any injection moulding application. This means flexibility for your injection moulding company, with a sustainable approach.

Recycled granulates

Recycled plastic granules are a sustainable and often affordable alternative for many injection moulding applications. Discarded plastic products can be given a second life in the form of new plastic parts and products.
